Shipping (US)

Free standard shipping on orders $100+

We offer standard shipping within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. Shipping charges and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.

Some items may also be available for pickup through our Collection Point partners, when offered at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges (US)

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered,

returned with original tags attached.

• Returns within 30 days: refund to the original payment method (original selling price).

• Returns after 30 days: merchandise credit for the original selling price.

Prefer an exchange? Exchanges are fast so you can get your new size or style sooner.

Refund timing: once your return is received, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days (timing may vary by bank).

International

Shipping (International)

We ship worldwide. International shipping is free on orders $250+. Orders under $250 have a $20 shipping fee.

• Duties & taxes: international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns (International)

International returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.
• Refunds for the original purchase price are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and approved.
