Unless otherwise indicated herein, these terms and conditions (“the Terms”) govern your use of the Site and our mobile application. Please read these Terms carefully as your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Site. Capittana reserves the right to make changes to the Site and these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will post them here. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms each time you use our Site because by visiting the Site, you agree to accept such changes. Capittana provides you with access to and use of the Site subject to your compliance with the Terms. No material on the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, published, transmitted or distributed in any way, except as specifically permitted on the Site. The Site, including all of its information and content, such as text, data, wallpapers, icons, characters, illustrations, images, photos, graphics, music, sound, messages, graphics, software, and the HTML used to generate the pages (collectively, “Materials and content”), is the property of Capittana and is protected by trademark and/or copyright under the law. Unless otherwise stated on the site or in these Terms, you may not use, download, upload, copy, print, display, perform, reproduce, publish, modify, delete, add, license, publish, transmit or distribute any Material and Content of this Site in whole or in part, for any public or commercial purpose without the prior written permission of Capittana. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the Site and use the information and services contained herein. We reserve the right, for any reason or no reason, at our sole discretion and without notice, to review the products and services described on the Site and to terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site, including, but not limited to the Materials and Content on the Site, as well as the characteristics and/or hours of availability of the Site, and we will not be liable to you or to any third party for doing so. We may also impose rules and limits on the use of the Site or restrict your access to part or all of the Site without prior notice or penalty. We have the right to change these rules and/or limitations at any time, at our sole discretion

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Local Shipping (Perú)

Our orders are sent by Scharff (outsourced company), who is responsible for the security and time of the shipments. We have a delivery time of 5 to 7 business days, from the day after the order is placed. It should be noted that there may be delays caused by external factors.

International shipping

Our orders are shipped by FedEx and USPS, who is responsible for the security of the delivery. We offer different delivery times for our international shipments.

  • Regular Shipment: 5 – 7 business days from the day after the order is placed.
  • Express Shipping (for the US and Canada only): 1- 3 business days from the day after the order is placed.

PREVIOUS RECOMMENDATIONS

Please be sure to wear appropriate underwear when testing the merchandise.

If you want a refund, please note that products that do not have original labels and hygienic liners in place, are damaged, washed in any way, dirty, worn, damaged, have deodorant stains, smoke damage, or a musty smell , will not be accepted. (No exceptions will be made).
If we receive merchandise in this condition, it will be returned to you at your expense.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

If the customer is not 100% satisfied with the purchase, it can proceed with the exchange of the product for something else or return your order (Only for international orders).

Return for exchanges is accepted within 10 days from the delivery date. Returned or exchanged products must be unworn, unsoiled, or laundered, with all ticketing, tags, and protective shields attached, in the condition the customer received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Return shipping must be paid by the customer (Except for US orders). Send the package back to us via the prepaid method. We recommend using an insured and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Exchanged item(s) will not be shipped until the returned item is received and approved for exchange. Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of being received.

In the event that an item you requested for an exchange is back-ordered, we will notify the customer of the possible delay via email. We will also contact the customer via email if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill the request. Any product purchased with a discount is considered a final sale and cannot be exchanged. 

We will appreciate it if the customer lets us know the reasons for the return. Any feedback will always help us improve. Capittana will not be held responsible for item(s) lost or damaged in transit. Any merchandise returned to Capittana after the allowed time stated in our policy, will be returned to the customer and an additional shipping fee will be charged. Capittana will ship all soiled, worn, laundered, and damaged items back to the customer, as we can no longer resell the merchandise. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns or exchanges.

DUTIES & TAXES

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The recipient authorizes Capittana to import the goods on his behalf. Furthermore, the consignee/buyer agrees that Capittana may delegate the obligation to import the goods on its behalf to a subcontractor. The recipient will pay the taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.
