How to use it: Cleanse and tone your skin and put a few drops of facial oil (if it's marula oil, all the better!) on your face so that the face roller glides more easily and your skin absorbs the oil better. Glide from the center of the face, under the eyes, in short, smooth, outward strokes. Repeat the same from the chin towards the ears. Over the eyebrows and forehead, glide the face roller from the inside out and upwards. The smaller part of the face roller is for use around the eyes. As a last step, glide the face roller down the sides of the neck and toward the center of the collarbones.
What else you need to know: The face roller has a cold temperature that helps to improve circulation, produce collagen and release toxins. You can put it in the refrigerator so it's extra cold and that icy feeling helps you relax more when you use it.
